About the Role
This full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Habilitation Caregiver position with Caregiver supports adults living in supported living homes throughout the Ustick and greater Boise region. If you already have caregiving experience and prefer a consistent, set rotating schedule, this on-site role offers a dependable routine and the chance to make a meaningful difference every shift. The position pays $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, and qualified applicants can begin in their new role right away.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on daily support to residents in supported living homes around Boise and Ada County.
- Assist individuals with personal care, household routines, and everyday living tasks.
- Encourage independence, skill-building, and community participation.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment.
- Follow each resident's individual care and habilitation plan.
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving or direct support experience.
- Availability to work a set, rotating schedule on a full-time basis.
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable approach to supporting others.
- Ability to work on-site in the Ustick, Idaho area (this role is not remote).
