About the Role

As a Study Start Up Specialist (with French) based in Warsaw, Hancock County, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clinical sites throughout the start-up phase. Working closely with Project Management, Regulatory, and Contract and Legal teams, you will coordinate the activities that move a site from selection to readiness, using your bilingual French and English skills to build strong working relationships with study personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Management, Regulatory, and Contract and Legal functions on every aspect of site-related start-up.
• Act as the main Alimentiv liaison for sites during the start-up period, fostering productive relationships with study teams.
• Compile, send out, and follow up on essential start-up documentation with participating sites.
• Schedule, monitor, and record site start-up activities and associated data within the organization's designated systems.
• Communicate fluently in French and English to support sites and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in French alongside strong English communication skills.
• Experience supporting clinical study start-up or related project coordination activities.
• Familiarity with regulatory, contractual, and legal touchpoints in a site start-up context.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable tracking multiple site activities using dedicated systems.
