About the Role
As the Coordinator, Partnerships & Premium Service, you will help deliver on the commitments made to the Cincinnati Open's corporate partners while elevating the experience for premium guests throughout the tournament. Based on-site in Cincinnati, this position blends day-to-day partnership administration with hands-on premium hospitality support, making it ideal for an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys a fast-moving live-events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across the tournament.
- Coordinate premium service offerings and assist with the delivery of high-touch guest experiences.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for partners and premium clients before and during event days.
- Track deliverables, assets, and benefits to ensure each partner commitment is met accurately and on time.
- Collaborate across internal teams to keep partnership and hospitality logistics running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in a deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with partners and guests.
- Comfort coordinating multiple priorities during high-volume event periods.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, including tournament dates.
- An interest in sports, live events, partnerships, or premium hospitality is a plus.
