Lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope on one of California's most exciting hospitality projects as the next MEP Project Manager at The PENTA Building Group, joining our Hard Rock Casino Tejon team in Mettler, CA (Bakersfield).
About the Role
As an MEP Project Manager with The PENTA Building Group, you will direct the planning and coordination of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the project. This full-time, on-site position in Mettler, CA puts you at the center of complex building systems, where your technical depth helps keep field execution aligned with design intent and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full scope of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on the Hard Rock Casino Tejon project.
- Apply specialized MEP knowledge to guide trade partners, consultants, and the broader project team toward integrated, buildable solutions.
- Partner closely with field and office staff to resolve system conflicts and maintain progress against the schedule.
- Review MEP designs, submittals, and installations to confirm quality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
- Support overall project delivery by anticipating coordination challenges before they reach the field.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on commercial construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, coordination workflows, and construction documents.
- Proven ability to collaborate across project teams and lead trade coordination effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mettler, CA (Bakersfield) for this full-time role.
