About the Role

As the Godo Family Communication Intern, you will work on-site in Naperville, DuPage County, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Office of Institutional Communication. This full-time internship is built for someone eager to gain practical, well-rounded experience across the full spectrum of communications work, from initial concept to finished, published material.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to writing, editing, and research projects for a variety of audiences.
• Assist with communication across digital, print, and web-based channels.
• Support creative production including graphic design, photography, and videography.
• Help coordinate project management tasks and guide work from kickoff through completion.
• Facilitate reviews, approvals, and team workflows to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Take on additional related responsibilities as needs arise within the office.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and detail.
• Interest or background in communications, journalism, marketing, design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital, print, and web communication formats.
• Comfort with creative tools such as graphic design, photography, or video production is a plus.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects through to completion.
• Willingness to work on-site in Naperville, DuPage County.
