We’re hiring a hands-on Media Buyer/Head of Growth Operator to drive growth across markets, channels, and funnels for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC/e-commerce
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD
- Performance bonus (Year 2+): Meaningful upside tied to revenue growth and contribution margin
