We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to drive growth across markets, channels, and funnels for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers
- Fluent English
- Operator mindset
Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD
- Performance bonus (Year 2+)
- Long-term equity: Phantom stock available after 2 years of tenure
- Profit share: Relative profit share tied to incremental revenue/profit
