Requirements
- 8+ years in performance creative
- 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people
- Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative
- Deep fluency in Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager
- Background that includes building creative output AND the systems behind it
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
