Director and Head of Information & Cyber Security

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Director and Head of Information & Cyber Security to define, govern, and strengthen the information and cyber security posture of Global Solutions. This is a senior leadership role that operates in a highly decentralised, global environment.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in information and/or cyber security within large, decentralised, international organisations
• Proven ability to design and operate governance and operating models without centralised control
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting global technology and product organisations
• Experience managing material cyber incidents and executive-level risk discussions
• High credibility with senior stakeholders and strong communication skills
• A pragmatic mindset, balancing security, risk, and business needs
