About the Role
As a FOH Busser at Saho Hospitality Group, you'll work alongside our servers and management team to keep service running smoothly throughout each shift. This is a part-time, on-site position in New York City, and weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities
- Support servers in delivering attentive, high-quality service to all guests
- Set up and reset tables with the correct mise en place, including ketchup, salt and pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowls
- Keep all service stations fully stocked and ready throughout the shift
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly to keep turnover efficient
- Assist the management team with additional duties as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Qualifications
- Weekend availability is required
- A team-first attitude with a willingness to support servers and management
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized during busy periods
- Comfortable working on your feet in an active, guest-facing restaurant setting
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to a positive guest experience
