Lighthouse CH is hiring a part-time ABA Behavior Technician in Ridgewood to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy that helps children with autism build meaningful, lasting skills. About the Role

As an ABA Behavior Technician with Lighthouse CH, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, putting individualized treatment plans into practice under the guidance of a supervising clinician. This is an in-person position based in Ridgewood — there is no remote option — where each session is an opportunity to support skill growth, greater independence, and stronger communication for the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism on a one-to-one basis.
• Carry out treatment goals and behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising analyst.
• Collect accurate session data to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Encourage communication, social, and daily-living skills through structured, play-based activities.
• Partner with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent, supportive care.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to supporting children with autism and their families.
• Patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply ABA techniques under professional supervision.
• Availability to work in person at the Ridgewood location on a part-time basis.
• Prior experience in ABA, childcare, education, or a related field is a plus; training is provided for motivated candidates.
