About the Role
As an A-Tech/Master/Team Leader at Courtesy CJDR, you will combine top-tier diagnostic and repair expertise with the leadership needed to guide a service team in Brandon, Hillsborough County. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and master-level repairs across Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles.
- Lead and mentor fellow technicians, sharing knowledge and helping the team reach its full potential.
- Ensure every repair meets manufacturer standards and reflects a commitment to safety and accuracy.
- Support an exceptional guest experience by communicating clearly about vehicle needs and recommended services.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the service department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a master or A-level automotive service technician.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Leadership ability, with a willingness to coach and develop other technicians as a team leader.
