About the Role

As a Factory Utilities Maintenance Technician at Ravagon Manufacturing in Baytown, you will take ownership of the cleanliness and upkeep of our shared on-site work areas. This on-location position centers on housekeeping, cleaning, and a range of manual labor tasks that support daily plant operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working with their hands across a busy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine housekeeping, cleaning, and general manual labor to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of communal work areas across the facility (offices excluded), including the warehouse, blending zone, and maintenance shop.
• Keep outdoor and operational spaces tidy, such as the concrete truck court, railroad tracks, parking lots, and retention pond areas.
• Support the team with assorted physical tasks as needed to keep the plant clean and operational.
• Follow site safety practices and report any hazards or concerns promptly.
