About the Role

As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic with JP Euro, you'll handle advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW and other high-end European automobiles. This is an on-site position based at our Las Vegas facility, with compensation of $50–$65 per hour depending on experience, plus relocation assistance for the right candidate. It's a hands-on role built for a master-level technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on BMW and European vehicles
• Perform scheduled servicing, repairs, and component replacements to manufacturer standards
• Use dealer-level diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues accurately and efficiently
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommended follow-up service
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs and verify performance before return to the customer
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with shop procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BMW Master Technician or senior-level European auto mechanic
• Strong command of modern diagnostic tools and repair methods for premium and exotic vehicles
• BMW Master certification or equivalent advanced training strongly preferred
• Solid mechanical, electrical, and computer-system troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and the ability to work full-time on-site in Las Vegas
• Commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent customer outcomes
