About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional with Focus Behavioral Health, you will partner directly with people living with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, supporting their independence, dignity, and daily growth. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position based in Indiana, Indiana County, with both part-time and full-time schedules available. Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience, along with mileage reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, person-centered care to individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities
- Encourage skill-building, independence, and meaningful community participation
- Assist with daily living activities and personal routines as needed
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with the people you support
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment at all times

- Reliable transportation, as mileage reimbursement is provided for travel
