As a Water Mitigation/Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of property recovery — responding to water intrusion, extracting moisture, and returning homes and commercial spaces to a safe, livable condition. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to water mitigation and restoration calls for residential and commercial properties
- Perform water extraction, drying, and moisture control using restoration equipment
- Assess damage and carry out cleanup, including carpet cleaning where needed
- Set up and monitor drying systems to prevent secondary damage such as mold
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the restoration process
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite
Qualifications

- Reliability, a team-first attitude, and the willingness to support customers when they need it most
- Comfort with physical, hands-on labor and varied work environments
