About the Role

Joining CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions team, the Utilities Infrastructure Due Diligence Analyst is central to the early mobilization and startup phases of major infrastructure deployments for a leading e-commerce client. Based in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, you will help assess, validate, and prepare utility systems so that new sites can come online smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the initial mobilization and startup of large-scale infrastructure rollouts across North America.
• Conduct due diligence on utility infrastructure, evaluating capacity, readiness, and potential risks ahead of deployment.
• Coordinate with project, operations, and client teams to keep startup milestones on track.
• Review technical documentation and site data to confirm utility systems meet project requirements.
• Help identify gaps and recommend practical solutions during the critical startup window.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• A working understanding of utility infrastructure systems and the demands of large-scale deployment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail when reviewing technical and operational data.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced mobilization environment.
• Comfortable working on-site in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, in a full-time capacity.
