Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and refine manufacturing processes for the production, finishing, and inspection of medical device implants.
• Apply quality engineering principles to monitor production and uphold compliance with applicable industry and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate process variation, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive improvements.
• Partner with production, inspection, and engineering teams to translate customer specifications into reliable, repeatable processes.
• Document procedures, validations, and quality records to support traceability and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• A background in process, manufacturing, or quality engineering, ideally within a regulated or precision-manufacturing environment.
