Key Responsibilities
- Manage labor and employment litigation matters from intake through resolution

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Active license to practice law and admission in good standing
- Demonstrated ability to handle both litigation and advisory assignments
- Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- A thoughtful, detail-focused approach and a commitment to exceptional client outcomes
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in New Haven, New Haven County
