About the Role
As a Senior Paralegal, you will provide hands-on support to a fast-paced creditors' rights practice in Highland Park, Dallas. The work centers on collateral recovery, sequestration proceedings, replevin actions, and the enforcement of judgments throughout the state of Texas. The compensation range for this role is $60,000–$80,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, file, and oversee replevin petitions and related writ applications.
- Support sequestration proceedings and other collateral recovery matters from intake through resolution.
- Coordinate the recovery and return of secured collateral across Texas jurisdictions.
- Manage post-judgment enforcement activities to help collect on outstanding obligations.
- Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and keep matters moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- Substantial, demonstrable paralegal experience within a creditors' rights or collections practice.
- Proven track record preparing and administering replevin petitions and writ applications.
- Working knowledge of sequestration, collateral recovery, and post-judgment enforcement procedures in Texas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a high-volume, deadline-driven caseload.
- Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
