As a Traveling Community Manager with Redstone Residential, you'll step into properties across our growing portfolio to provide on-site leadership, stabilize operations, and keep communities running smoothly during transitions, openings, or staffing gaps. This is a full-time, in-person role anchored in Provo, Utah County, with travel to assigned housing communities as business needs require. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned student and multi-family communities while traveling between locations.
• Lead, coach, and support on-site teams to maintain high performance and consistent service standards.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals at each property you support.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting for the communities under your care.
• Resolve resident concerns promptly and foster a positive, well-maintained living environment.
• Step into properties needing interim leadership and quickly establish stability and momentum.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, preferably within student or multi-family housing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and operations across multiple sites.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to assigned communities.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication abilities.
• A self-starter mindset and the adaptability to succeed in changing environments.
