Key Responsibilities

• Operate company equipment safely on over-the-road dry van runs
• Transport and deliver dry van freight accurately and on schedule
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your tractor and trailer
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and electronic logging requirements
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to keep loads moving smoothly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Verifiable over-the-road driving experience, with first-year earnings tiered by experience level
• Clean and safety-focused driving record

Compensation

• First-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on experience
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 installments after orientation, at three months, and at six months
