About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at RFA, you will sit at the heart of our commercial growth, blending lead generation, client engagement, and marketing execution. Based on-site in New York City, you will translate RFA's technology services into compelling messaging that resonates with prospects and supports our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across RFA's AI, cybersecurity, and managed cloud offerings.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Craft clear, client-focused content for outreach, presentations, and digital channels.
- Partner with internal teams to align sales goals with marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on measurable results.
- Represent RFA's customer-centric values in every prospect and client interaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or a combined commercial role, ideally within technology or professional services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for persuasive messaging.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation and the buyer's journey.
- Comfort discussing technology concepts such as AI, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset suited to an innovative, fast-moving culture.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in New York City, New York.
