About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Prime Therapeutics, you will deliver hands-on, tactical Human Resources support to teams and leaders. Working in close partnership with managers, you will translate business priorities into practical people solutions, helping Prime continue building the future of pharmacy. This is a full-time position tied to our Glendale and Denver locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day, tactical HR guidance and support to assigned employee groups and people leaders.
• Partner with managers to address workforce questions, employee relations matters, and team needs.
• Help apply HR policies, processes, and best practices consistently across the organization.
• Support talent, performance, and engagement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
• Collaborate with wider HR functions to deliver effective solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity.
• Working knowledge of core HR disciplines such as employee relations, performance, and policy application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence leaders.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to supporting employees and managers.
