About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant — known internally as an Experience Team Member (ETM) — you'll be central to Scion's mission of delivering an exceptional customer journey and building a strong, welcoming residential community. Based in Gainesville, this full-time position is ideal for someone energized by face-to-face interaction and committed to helping prospective and current residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through tours, leasing conversations, and the move-in process with a service-first mindset
- Champion an outstanding resident experience that reflects Scion's standards for quality and care
- Support day-to-day leasing activity and help sustain a vibrant, connected community
- Build genuine relationships that encourage residents to renew and recommend
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (please note: we are unable to sponsor work visas)
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Comfortable working on-site in Gainesville, Alachua County (this is not a remote position)
- Availability to start promptly, as we are filling this role right away
