Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group (TPMG) is hiring a full-time Patient Experience Associate (3016) for our Marketing team in Newport News, VA — a patient-facing role where service, communication, and brand consistency come together.

About the Role

As a Patient Experience Associate on the TPMG Marketing team, you will help shape how patients connect with one of the Peninsula's most established physician groups. Based on-site in Newport News, this Monday-through-Friday position blends customer-service excellence with marketing support, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the quality and compassion TPMG is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team's day-to-day initiatives that promote a positive, seamless patient experience.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact, responding to patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Help maintain consistent, accurate, and patient-friendly messaging across TPMG communications and materials.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and internal teams to gather feedback and improve patient engagement.
• Assist with coordinating outreach, events, and projects that strengthen TPMG's presence in the Newport News community.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to outstanding patient and customer service.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare or marketing environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities during a standard weekday schedule.
• Availability for this full-time, on-site role in Newport News, Virginia (this position is not remote).
