About the Role
As a Registered Dental Hygienist with Pine Dentistry & Braces in Adelphi, you'll deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene care in a patient-focused practice. This on-site, full-time position offers a pay range of $50–$65 per hour, negotiable based on your experience, and the chance to be part of a team genuinely dedicated to improving oral health one patient at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis for patients of all ages
- Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately for the dental team
- Capture and review dental radiographs in line with clinical protocols
- Educate patients on effective home care and preventive hygiene practices
- Support dentists during examinations and collaborate to create positive treatment outcomes
- Uphold strict infection-control and safety standards throughout every appointment
Qualifications
- Current, active license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Maryland
- Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting
