About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Processor at GreenState Credit Union, you will own the processing workflow for the full range of mortgage products the credit union offers, including both secondary and in-house loans. Working from our North Liberty location, you will keep each file moving smoothly from application through closing while ensuring every step meets quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process secondary-market and in-house mortgage loan applications from start to finish.
- Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Coordinate with members, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to gather required information.
- Track files, timelines, and outstanding conditions to keep each loan on schedule.
- Support a smooth, well-organized path to closing for every borrower.
Qualifications
- Background in mortgage loan processing or a closely related lending function.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Clear communication skills for working with members and internal teams.
- Comfort with the documentation and compliance demands of mortgage lending.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site position in North Liberty, Johnson County.
