About the Role
As a Card Fraud Strategy – Senior Associate, you will play a key part in keeping JPMorganChase resilient and trusted. Working within Risk Management, you'll help the firm pursue responsible growth by spotting new and emerging risks before they escalate and translating that insight into practical defenses against card fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and assess emerging card fraud risks that could affect the firm, its clients, and the wider community.
- Apply expert judgement to investigate and resolve real-world challenges within Fraud Strategy.
- Develop and refine strategies that strengthen the firm's defenses while supporting responsible business growth.
- Collaborate across Risk Management and Compliance teams to drive sound, data-informed decisions.
- Contribute to a culture focused on protecting customers and maintaining the integrity of JPMorganChase.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise relevant to fraud strategy, risk management, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the judgement to solve complex, high-impact problems.
- A proactive mindset for identifying risks early and acting decisively.
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, collaborative Risk Management environment.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Wilmington, New Hanover County.
