Parks Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager (59082) to lead our vehicle sales operation in Melrose, Roanoke. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for an automotive professional who thrives on hitting targets, building strong teams, and keeping a dealership running smoothly.

About the Role

As Sales Manager at Parks Automotive Group, you will own the performance of the new and used vehicle sales departments in Melrose, Roanoke. Reporting closely to the Dealer, you will set the pace for the team, plan ahead for both sales volume and expenses, and ensure every transaction is handled in full compliance with the law. This is a hands-on management position for someone ready to take accountability for departmental results.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish realistic sales goals and objectives for the department, then drive the team to achieve them.
• Partner with the Dealer to project and manage controllable expenses across the new and used vehicle departments.
• Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork with every other department in the dealership.
• Participate actively in regular managers' meetings and contribute to broader dealership planning.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations governing new and used vehicle sales, and ensure the team operates within them.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Working knowledge of the regulations that apply to new and used vehicle sales.
• Strong planning and forecasting skills, including managing departmental expenses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multiple departments.
