Renewals Specialist

About the Role

As a Renewals Specialist at Ensono, you will own the contract renewal lifecycle for our managed services and technology clients. Working from our Illinois Medical District location in Chicago, you'll partner closely with sales, account management, and customer success teams to ensure timely, accurate renewals that keep our clients moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong organizational discipline with a consultative, client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, from early outreach through closed agreement.
• Track upcoming contract expirations and proactively engage clients well ahead of renewal dates.
• Prepare renewal quotes, documentation, and proposals with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal sales and account teams to identify expansion and retention opportunities.
• Address client questions, resolve renewal roadblocks, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Maintain clean, current records of renewal activity within company systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or a related client-facing function — ideally within technology or managed services.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and coordinating between several stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to retaining and growing client relationships.
• Availability to work full-time, onsite in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago.
