About the Role
The Sr. Analyst, Growth at Evolent is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise, Ada County. In this role, you'll support strategic growth initiatives by analyzing market opportunities, evaluating performance trends, and equipping leadership with the insights needed to scale partnerships across specialty and primary care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and interpret analytical models that inform growth strategy and pipeline development.
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for commercial and operational stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators and surface trends that shape decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related growth-focused discipline.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to deliver accurate insights.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working on-site in Boise, Ada County, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
