About the Role

This is a W2 company driver position for over-the-road (OTR) teams running both reefer and step deck freight. As an OTR Class A Team driver in Oakland, you'll cover long-haul lanes alongside a co-driver, sharing the wheel to keep loads moving efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A equipment as a two-person team on refrigerated and step deck OTR routes
• Average roughly 6,000–7,000 miles per week as a team
• Handle tarping on approximately 25% of loads
• Maintain safe, on-time deliveries throughout extended runs
• Plan home time around expected runs of 5–14 days out, with the flexibility to stay out longer when you choose

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Willingness to run as part of a driving team over the road
• Comfortable working with refrigerated and step deck freight
• Able to commit to a full-time, on-site OTR schedule out of Oakland (not a remote role)
• No driver load/unload required — freight is handled for you

Compensation Highlights
