Turquoise Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Company Truck Drivers in Horseheads, New York to haul dry van freight over the road and earn $2,000–$2,300 per week. If you have at least 2 years of verifiable experience and want to be valued as a person rather than a number, we want to meet you.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) Company Truck Driver position based out of Horseheads, New York, running dry van loads on a 1099 basis. With weekly pay in the $2,000–$2,300 range and a guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week, drivers typically earn between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. A sign-on bonus of $10,400 is available to qualified new drivers joining the Turquoise Trucking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van trailer safely and efficiently on long-haul OTR routes
• Transport and deliver freight on schedule while protecting cargo integrity
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate clearly with dispatch throughout each haul

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Proven OTR and dry van driving background
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
• Willingness to operate as a 1099 company driver and stay out over the road
