About the Role

As a CDL-A Company Driver with Turquoise Trucking, you'll run over-the-road (OTR) freight hauling dry van loads while enjoying weekly pay between $2,000 and $2,300 and a guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week. This is a full-time, 1099 position in Duluth, Georgia, with average annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 and a sign-on bonus of $10,400 for qualified drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dry van tractor-trailer on long-haul OTR routes
• Transport and deliver freight on schedule while protecting cargo integrity
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Communicate consistently with dispatch to keep deliveries on time

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
• Willingness to run over-the-road dry van routes
• Ability to meet DOT physical and compliance requirements

Compensation

• $2,000–$2,300 per week, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week
• Average yearly earnings of $70,000–$80,000
• $10,400 sign-on bonus for eligible drivers
• Pay rate of up to $0.60 per loaded mile
• 1099 contractor position
