About the Role

As a Sponsor Dedicated Clinical Research Associate based in Chino Hills, you will be embedded with a sponsor and responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trial sites. Your core focus is making certain that each site executes the study and reports its data in line with the approved protocol, governing regulations, applicable guidelines, and the sponsor's specific expectations. Please note that eligibility requires you to live in the same country where this role is located.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the full cycle of site monitoring visits, including site selection, study initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Verify that participating sites adhere to the study protocol, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice guidelines.
• Oversee accurate and timely collection and reporting of study data throughout the trial.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with site staff to support smooth study conduct.
• Identify, document, and help resolve site-level issues to keep trials compliant and on track.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in clinical site monitoring and site management within a clinical research setting.
• Solid working knowledge of clinical trial protocols, regulatory frameworks, and industry guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data quality and protocol compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Legal residency in the country where this position is based, as required for eligibility.
