About the Role

As the Data & AI FS Offering Lead & Practitioner in Scottsdale, you will shape and grow Accenture's data and AI offerings for the financial services sector while staying close to delivery. The role centers on IBM watsonx and watsonx Orchestrate, pairing strategic offering development with practical implementation so clients can scale AI responsibly across their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and position Accenture's Data & AI offerings tailored to financial services clients.
• Serve as a practitioner on engagements, designing and delivering solutions built on watsonx and watsonx Orchestrate.
• Translate client objectives into data and AI roadmaps that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring offerings to market and support business development.
• Advise stakeholders on data strategy, AI adoption, and the orchestration of intelligent workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or building Data & AI offerings, ideally within financial services.
• Hands-on practitioner expertise with IBM watsonx and watsonx Orchestrate.
• Ability to combine offering strategy with practical, client-facing delivery.
• Strong communication and consulting skills to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Scottsdale, Maricopa County.
