About the Role

As Senior Counsel, Retirement Services at ADP, you will deliver operational, regulatory, and contractual legal counsel across the full range of ADP Retirement Services offerings, including its products, services, and the client companies it supports. Working closely with business leaders and staff, you will help guide strategy, manage risk, and represent the interests of the Retirement Services unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Retirement Services management and team members on a broad spectrum of legal issues affecting the business.
• Provide guidance on operational, regulatory, and contractual matters tied to ADP Retirement Services products and services.
• Support the development, negotiation, and representation of agreements and arrangements with client companies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing retirement services.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to a state bar.
• Substantial experience advising on legal matters within retirement services, financial services, or a closely related regulated industry.
• Strong command of the regulatory and contractual frameworks that apply to retirement products and services.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for business leaders.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in Florham Park.
