Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from initial review through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy across pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Advise and communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders throughout each case.
• Draft legal documents, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented practice environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Approximately four years of experience in insurance defense or related civil litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload independently and effectively.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to a long-term role and ongoing professional development.
