About the Role

As an Installation Supervisor with KONE, Inc, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of equipment installation projects across job sites in and around Cloverdale, Shelby County. This on-site, full-time position places you at the center of bringing innovative building mobility solutions to life, ensuring each installation meets KONE's standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise installation teams during the on-site assembly and commissioning of elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects progressing on time and within scope.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for general contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor workmanship, troubleshoot installation challenges, and confirm each system performs reliably at handover.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising field crews, ideally within construction, mechanical, or building systems installation.
• Strong working knowledge of installation practices, safety requirements, and project coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate plans into actionable on-site direction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at the job site.
• Willingness to work full-time on location in Cloverdale, Shelby County (this role is not remote).
