About the Role

As a Dietitian on our rehabilitation care team, you will design and deliver individualized nutrition plans that support healing, restore strength, and advance overall wellness. Working alongside physicians, nurses, and therapists, you'll ensure that every patient receives the dietary care needed to reach their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized nutrition and dietary care plans tailored to each patient's medical condition and recovery objectives.
• Assess patients' nutritional status and adjust plans as their needs evolve throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to integrate nutrition into comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating practices and ongoing dietary management.
