About the Role

As an Electrician Instructor at Ridgewater College, you will deliver technical college faculty instruction within the electrical trades program in Hutchinson, Reno County. This is a full-time, on-campus (non-remote) unclassified faculty appointment represented by the Minnesota State College Faculty bargaining unit (Union 210). The position combines classroom teaching with practical lab guidance to prepare students for careers in the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach electrical coursework, blending lecture content with applied, hands-on laboratory instruction.
