Director, Solutions Engineering, Capital Markets – Remote

Circle is hiring a Director, Solutions Engineering, Capital Markets to lead enterprise technical engagement at one of the world's foremost internet finance platforms, based in Northlake, DeKalb County.

About the Role

As Director, Solutions Engineering, Capital Markets at Circle, you will sit at the intersection of advanced blockchain technology and institutional finance. This full-time leadership position is responsible for translating Circle's digital asset, payments, and programmable infrastructure capabilities into actionable solutions for capital markets clients. You will guide technical strategy, partner closely with sales and product teams, and help institutions adopt stablecoin and on-chain settlement technology with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers serving capital markets and institutional clients.
• Architect and present tailored technical solutions built around USDC, the Circle Payments Network, and Circle's broader platform.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout pre-sales and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client requirements and shape the roadmap.
• Support integration of programmable blockchain infrastructure into existing capital markets workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in solutions engineering, technical sales engineering, or a comparable client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial infrastructure, or institutional money movement.
• Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, blockchain, or payments technology.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience guiding teams and managing relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
