About the Role
As a Multi Site Maintenance Technician with RAM Partners, LLC, you will support the upkeep and day-to-day operations of multi-family residential communities in the Bellevue, King County area. Covering more than one property, you'll be the go-to problem solver who ensures every unit, amenity, and common space stays in excellent working order. This is an on-site, full-time position with compensation of $29 to $31 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring each home is clean, functional, and ready to lease.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of building systems and equipment.
- Travel between assigned communities to deliver consistent, timely service at every location.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to a high standard of safety and appearance.
- Respond to maintenance needs promptly and document completed work accurately.
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within multi-family or residential property settings.
- Working knowledge of common apartment systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work across multiple sites in King County.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a resident-focused, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete repairs efficiently.
