Account Executive (Account Executive 3PL)

Cardinal Health is hiring a full-time Account Executive (Account Executive 3PL) in La Vergne, Rutherford County, to strengthen and grow strategic partnerships with the manufacturers we serve. If you thrive on building trust, driving measurable results, and acting as the bridge between clients and a healthcare logistics leader, this on-site role is for you.

About the Role

As an Account Executive 3PL, you will own the health of long-term client relationships within Cardinal Health's third-party logistics business. Working closely with an assigned group of client manufacturers, you'll align day-to-day execution with each partner's goals while advancing the shared objectives defined by both the client and Cardinal Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships between client manufacturers, Cardinal Health, and allied professional organizations.
• Manage the overall success of an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Translate client goals and objectives into coordinated action that delivers on agreed commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and dependable follow-through.
• Partner with internal teams to keep service delivery aligned with each manufacturer's expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• A results-oriented mindset with the discipline to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
• Comfort collaborating across functions to solve problems and meet client objectives.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in La Vergne, Rutherford County.
