About the Role
As Principal Architect, Healthcare, you will guide meaningful healthcare projects from vision to reality while shaping the relationships and opportunities that drive our practice forward. This full-time, in-office position in Houston blends design leadership with active involvement in business growth, giving you a platform to influence both built environments and the clients who rely on them.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the design and delivery of transformative healthcare facilities that improve patient and community outcomes.
- Drive business development efforts and contribute directly to revenue and sales growth.
- Build, nurture, and expand trusted client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a principal-level voice on project direction, design quality, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active credentials as a Registered Architect.
- Demonstrated experience leading healthcare architecture projects.
- A genuine passion for creating inspired, people-centered design solutions.
- Strong skills in client engagement and business development.
- Availability to work on-site at our Audubon Place office in Houston (this is not a remote position).
