The Painter - 3 position at Pella Corporation is an on-site, first-shift opportunity in Ladysmith, WI. As a valued member of a collaborative production crew, you will take on a range of tasks tied to the manufacturing of painted products. This role offers a starting wage of $21.25 per hour, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and scheduled pay increases at both 90 days and 6 months. The typical schedule is first shift, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Friday overtime available as needed.
Key Responsibilities
