About the Role

As a Utility Machine Operator at RHF, you will run a variety of woodworking machinery to produce accurate parts while supporting the team around you. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mountain View, Catawba County, ideal for someone who is versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between machines as production needs change.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate woodworking equipment, including a haunching machine and a mortise-and-tenon machine.
• Configure and run inverted routers and standard routers to complete production tasks.
• Produce parts accurately by working from shop orders and supplied patterns.
• Review the set-ups of fellow team members to confirm both safety and quality standards are met.
• Answer co-workers' questions about products and part sets, lending a hand wherever support is needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to set up and operate haunching, mortise-and-tenon, and routing equipment.
