About the Role
As a Plant Support (Crew C) associate, you will provide essential operational assistance across the Ontario, Oregon facility. Working as part of a dedicated crew, you will help ensure that day-to-day plant activities are carried out reliably, safely, and to Simplot's high quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Support core plant operations and assist production crews with daily tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work environment throughout the facility.
- Operate or assist with basic equipment and material handling as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep workflows on track.
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as production needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site at the Ontario, OR plant.
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced production setting.
