As the Supervisor of Scheduling / Specialty Ambulatory Scheduling, you will oversee the daily coordination of patient appointments across specialty ambulatory services at Children's Hospital & Medical Center. Based in Benson, Douglas County, this on-site position blends hands-on team leadership with the operational rhythm of a busy pediatric scheduling environment, ensuring every patient and family experiences smooth, timely access to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of scheduling staff handling specialty ambulatory appointments.
- Manage daily scheduling operations to keep clinic calendars accurate, efficient, and patient-focused.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and respond to patient and family inquiries with care and professionalism.

Qualifications
